10 ml concentrate in 600 – 700 ml water (osmolarity is less than 250 mOsm/kg). Take a maximum of 50 ml per day. Do not use mineral water due to disturbance of the osmolarity of the drink and the balance of minerals. For the exact preparation of the drink, use the included measuring cup.
