Oolong tea is well known in China for its fat burning properties. For the Chineze this is the main fat burning tea not the green tea. It releases lipids from the arteries, detoxes the body and increases the metabolic rate.
Ingredients: Oolong tea, lovage, honeysuckle, aroma
In 1 cup of boiling water (70-80 C) add 1 teaspoon of tea and leave for 3 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
