get enough fibre in a diet when you eliminate the carbohydrates in cereals, whole grains and fruits. Psyllium capsules are an easy way to take care of this problem. Add 1 to 2 tbsp in plenty of water or juice up to 3 times a day when the problem is severe. When the problem is mild, add 2 tbsp in the evening also in plenty of water or juice. Gradually reduce the amount over time.
