Complete back training requires many different variations of pulley pulls to properly train the different back muscles. The Multi Grip Handle set includes 5 handles with the same logic but with a different opening to exercise all corners of the back. They have a special ergonomic position so that the wrists and arms are not strained and they are made of pure steel with a soft rubber coating for greater safety and a better feeling in the hands.
Each handle is constructed with steel core inside and then coated with vinyl (giving the trainer better gripping).
