INKO’s Mineral Light is a unique product with just a few calories but rich in minerals and vitamins. During workout we lose valuable fluids and minerals. Specially on summer and during running sports like football, jogging etc and when we drink a lot of water we cannot replace these fluids and minerals. Without minerals no water can stay in our body and this lead to muscle dehydration.
Mix 16,5gr powder (=1 Level measuring spoon) eith 500ml of water for 1 serving.
