Micellar casein is pure milk protein, which is separated by a specific treatment of whey , lactose and fat. Considered one of the best sources of protein with strong anti-catabolic properties. Add 1 scoop (30g) to 200-250ml of water, milk or juice before bedtime. Based on a daily need pf protein take an additional 1-2 servings a day between meals. Mix it properly in a shaker and drink immediately.
