X-FIT's Duo Pulley Station is a multi-functional exercise machine with pulleys for heavy home use. It contains 15 positions throughout its height to adjust the position of the handles and therefore offers many exercise options for the arms, back, chest and shoulders, offering a total weight of 200 kg (100 kg on each side). It also contains a fully functional chin up bar  for pull-ups, while also acting as a base for tires and straps. Its heavy and stable construction offers a complete and safe workout.

Weight pulley blocks is 100kg per side, so total 200kg.
Weight stack block is 5kg as a jump.
The entire machine is around net weight 330kg (200kg weight stack included).

All pulley are Titan industrial standard-red aluminum pulley.
