A pre-workout that will prepare your muscles for a proper performance. It will be used by both endurance and strength athletes.
Citrulline has a longer half-life than arginine or NO itself, which means it circulates in our system longer and actually prolongs its effectiveness.
Mix a dose of 3 g (approx. ½ scoop) with 100–200 ml of water or other drink. Maximum 1 dose per day, 30 minutes before workout.
